Campus’ original fruited sour beer and beloved crowd favourite Passionfruit & Sea Salt Gose is here to stay.
Based upon the historic Gose beer style out of 13th Century Germany; we’ve layered sea salt and coriander seed on a wheat-based grist, sour-fermented overnight in the brew kettle and finished with a traditional ale ferment and generous addition of passionfruit pulp.
The result is a nuanced summer thirst crusher. A comfortable 4.2% and lightly tart, it makes this the perfect beer for a Perth summer day.
