A malt base of exclusively maris otter barley is caramelised over six hours on the boil, crowned with an uncomfortable quanitity of simcoe hops to create a bold, bitter and complex beer.

2023 vintage is live! once again this luxurious, chewy and entirely dangerous liquid malt treat is ready to drink.

Similar to last year's release, we've conditioned the 2023 with American Bourbon Oak and allowed for an even more generous maturation time. The result is slightly better integrated flavours and the best balance we have achieved to date whilst retaining that signature sting of all-Simcoe hops

Pairs well with a punchy cheese or crème brulée
